All products have a two year warranty, except when specified otherwise.

What is a pre-order?

It´s like a reservation. Sometimes when bringing new products we offer the chance to make a promotion and sell the product with a special price or gift.


Which accesories are included in the package?

How do you send the orders?

Why don´t you answer my emails?

We reply all messages in 24-48 hours (working days). If you haven´t got an answer yet do not worry because we will do it soon. If 48 hours have passed and we haven´t answered yet, please write us again and check that your email adress was correctly written.

How do I make an order?

Very easy. Choose an article and click on the ´Add to Cart´ button. Afterwards, you have to fill up all your personal information and choose a shipping and payment method.


Which is the best payment method?

It depends on your interests:

Wire transfer is the most economical, as it is free of charge.
Paypal is the fastest.
Credit card is the most secure and is as fast as Paypal.

Can I put a delivery adress different from the billing adress?

Sure!


Can you send me the order when I ask for?

Of course! Just leave a note in the ´Observations´ area of your order or send us an email to our contact form before the order is shipped.


How much is the total cost of my order?

Just add the price of the articles you are interested in plus the shipping cost to your country.


While paying with credit card I got an error message...

It may be because of several reason. We encourage you to try again and make another order. In case the problem persists please let us know at our contact form


Has my ordered been correctly processed?

If you want to know if your has been correctly processed just enter into your account and check the section ´Manage my orders´. One of the following status will appear:

Pending transfer (Wire transfer) - It informs that we haven´t received the wire tranfer yet.
Outstanding (Credit card/Paypal) - There´s been an error in your Credit card/Paypal payment.
Fully processed - Your order is on its way!

When will you ship my order?

All shipments will be sent the same day if order is made before 10:00 AM.

*Example: You make your order on monday at 9 am and it will be shipped that very monday. If you make your order on monday at 11 am it will be shipped on tuesday.


When will my order be delivered?

Delivery depends on the courier and its router. Therefore we can´t tell the exact date.


Where is the tracking number?

You will receive an email with your tracking number.


What happens if I am away during the delivery?

No problem! If your away during the delivery the courier will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery.


Where is the invoice?

The invoice will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. However, you may consult it as well logging into your account in the section ´Consult my invoices´.


Can I modify the order?

Yes you can If you have selected payment with Credit card. Log into your account and select the section ´Manage my orders´. Choose the order and load it again. A message will appear and your basket will have the articles back. Now you just have to remove or add the articles you want and process the order again. If you want, you can also do it sending as an email to our contact form.


Can I cancel the order?

Yes you can If you have selected payment with Credit card. Log into your account and select the section ´Manage my orders´. Choose the order and press the Cancel button. If you want, you can also do it sending as an email to our contact form.


Can I return the order?

Yes you can if the articles are exactly as they were delivered, with its manual, accesories, box and its price hasn´t changed. Shipping charges won´t be returned.


Why don´t you answer my emails?

How do I make use of the warranty?

If your articles are faulty or do not work well we encourage you to verify that it is not a software problem. Many bugs an errors happen because of the software and most of the times it can be easily solved by the user with a simple reset or upgrading the firmware. If it still doesn´t work, send an email to our contact form commenting the problem and sending pictures of the item to verify its status.
